About Tonya Burrows
An American author, Tonya Burrows has been writing all her life, having produced scores of romance novels, a genre she’s come to love. Bringing in elements of the paranormal too, she really has a mastery of the art-form, one that’s quite unlike any other. Knowing her way around the format, she’s an expert at building tension throughout, keeping her readers hooked on her every single word.

Producing a number of different series over the course of her writing career, she’s become a prominent novelist worldwide. With scores of readers around the world, her work has resonated in a way that many aspiring writers can only dream of. Using the many tropes of the genre, she turns them on their head, creating something entirely new and unique in the process.

Early and Personal Life:

Born on the 4th of April, Tonya Burrows was raised in a small town located in the area of Western New York. Moving around for much of her life, she’d come to show a strong keen passion for writing, something that would stay with her throughout the years. It was when she was just thirteen that she would write her very first novel, seeing on her embark on her career as a writer.

Studying at SUNY Oswego, she would graduate with a B.A. in creative writing, after which she’d go on to get a M.F.A. in popular writing from Seton Hill University. This would give her the tools she needed to continue her career, building upon her love and passion for the craft. Applying herself to her work, she would become an adept writer with a lot to say, evolving both her voice and tone.

Travelling for much of her life too, she’s moved around a lot over the years, seeing many different sights throughout her time as a writer. This has also fed back into her work, along with her love of films, allowing her to find a distinctive voice all of her own. With more than enough material to draw from, she would become a highly talented novelist with a lot to say.

Currently living with her boyfriend and her pets, she continues to write on a regular and consistent basis. Putting out romance novels, she’s appreciated all over the world, with many singing her praises both far and wide. This is something that will carry on for a long time yet, with more to come on into the future, as her career grows every day.

Writing Career:
The first book to come from Tonya Burrows was the novel ‘Seal of Honor’ in 2013, which would also begin the ‘Hornet’ series. Fast making a name for herself, she would rapidly grow in popularity, becoming a bestselling sensation all across the world. Her first novel would feature action romance stories surrounding Navy SEALs, following their relationships and the difficulties that they face.

That same year she would also bring out the novel ‘Wilde Nights in Paradise’, which would begin her subsequent series ‘Wilde Security’. These would also feature stories of tough individuals and their relationships, becoming more resilient as they find love and passion. This theme would become something of a hallmark for Burrows as an author, as readers became more familiar with her work.

Over the following years there would be further collections of series, with plenty more adventures and romances. Making sure that her readers continually come back for more would also be something that she’d become highly adept at as an author. The military would also be a regular feature of her work, with many of leading protagonists operating in this line of work.

Clearly knowing the genre that she’s working within, Burrows would have fun with it, playing with it in an entertaining manner. Winning awards for her work, as well as public approval, she’s fast become an international household name. There’s a lot more planned on the horizon, especially in regards to the continuation of her many series, as career carries on growing.

Broken Honor
Part of the ‘Entangled: Select’ publishing line, this would first come out in 2015 on the 24th of February. Setting up the third part in the much loved ‘HORNET’ series of novels, it would continue in the same world as before, this time with another stand-alone romance. There’s suspense build in too, with it featuring a lot of action surrounding the muscle bound heroes at the center of it all.

Part of the ‘Hostage Rescue and Negotiation Team’, Travis Quinn is one member of HORNET who’s particularly tough, with his ice-cold demeanour and minimal weaknesses. His past is a mystery to him though, having been in an accident as a Navy SEAL, leaving him to pick up the fragments. He can remember Mara Escareno though, and the passion that he felt for her through to his core, and he must reconcile this longing after she’s kidnapped by human traffickers who want to get at Travis. Will he be able to find her and bring her back to safety? What do they want from him? Can he overcome his broken honor?

Running Wilde
Published in 2016 on the 4th of January, this would be the fourth book in the ‘Wilde Security’ series of novels. Working as a stand-alone once more, it provides another solid action suspense romance novel set in the same world as before. It would carry on in much the same vein as before, whilst bringing in plenty of new exciting surprises to keep the readers on their toes.

Lark Warren is looking to escape her past, as she heads to New Orleans with every intention of starting a new life for herself out of DC. That’s when she sees Vaughn Wilde, an ex-Navy SEAL who blows her assignment after a passion fuelled session between the two of them. Taking her back to DC to face the charges of identity theft, he can’t get that passion out of his head though, all the while bringing them both into the cross-hairs of their enemies. Will she ever truly manage to escape her own past? Can they hope to break away from it all? What will happen when she finds herself running Wilde?

   I have come to the conclusion that the Book Northern Deception does not exist if you ask for a pub dte you get July 2021 to be announced if you try to order through whatever website you are sent to Amazonand there sorry page with pictures of dogs show up. Every kind of dog. But alas looking for a book already have a dog no matter how cute or pretty theirs are. You can not find the elusive Northern Deception by Tonya Burrows. Before they sell Book 3 pub date aug 27th they might want to find Book 2.

     Last update from Tonya was on June 19th, stating that due to a few personal reasons – moving and getting sick – she wasn’t able to finish it and she gave a new release date of July 6th. However that has come and gone and no book. Not 100% sure when it will be released but will keep an eye on it and update here when it is.

     Now has a new date of August 24th. However the ISBN it is using is the one used for Northern Salvation. Not sure if that book will be coming in future or not.
