Writing Career

Starting out back in 2016, Nikki Ash would begin her career as a romance writer with the novel ‘Fighting for a Second Chance.’ This book would also become the first in the ‘Fighting’ series of novels, and they would all be similar in their themes and nature. Each book would feature its own relationship, as they would all effectively be stand-alone titles that could be read by themselves.

Other series that Ash would write included ‘Fighting Love,’ ‘Imperfect Love,’ ‘Fool Me,’ and ‘Finding Love’ to name a few. She would also write alongside fellow romance writers such as K Webster, along with producing a number of stand-alone titles and contributing to collections. Gaining a lot of critical and commercial success, she maintains a strong profile both online and off, which grows with every passing day.

Fighting for Your Love

Initially brought out through the Amazon Digital Services publishing platform, this would first arrive in 2017 on the 26th of July. Setting up the fourth title in the ‘Fighting’ series of novels, it would provide another self-contained romance story. With the books working as stand-alone titles, each of them are easy for their audience to pick, yet difficult to put down.

Both dealing with their respective pasts, Ashley and Kaden are attempting to overcome their inner turmoil and move on. With them being best friends for years, Ashley is a single mother trying to provide for her son after she was left in debt by her ex, while Kaden is an MMA fighter who moved to Vegas following a terrible tragedy. Looking to help each other, they must put the past behind them, as they both come to find each other at last. Will they be able to finally put the past behind them, can they overcome their problems together, and what will happen when they both are fighting for their love?

Offering everything the reader could want from such a novel, this is a fun and engaging read, making for a compelling romance. The characters themselves are likeable and well drawn, as the audience is left rooting for them, wanting them to succeed. It’s setting is also well realized, with a rich and evocative atmosphere that really brings the world to life upon the page.

Through His Eyes

Once again published through the Amazon Digital Services platform, this would arrive on the 7th of September in 2019. Marking the fourth title in the ‘Imperfect Love’ series of books, this carries on in much the same vein as the previous three titles. With the books also being stand-alones, each book links thematically, but they can be read by themselves, as they don’t need to be read in order.

Having been in an abusive relationship for years, Quinn is now a single mother who finds it difficult to trust once again. Meeting the tattoo artist Lachlan he seems to be the perfect man for her, as she finds herself instantly attracted to him. He’s also attracted to her, but it seems that there’s a wall between them, as she’s finding it difficult to trust and let her defences down. Will she be able to love again, can the two of them overcome this obstacle, and what will happen as she is finally seen through his eyes?

As with Nikki Ash’s other books, she always delivers when it comes to passionate romance, drawing the reader in. It’s characters are also compelling, with their detailed backstories that feel fully fleshed out, making them wholly believable. The world they inhabit really reflects their plight too, as Ash uses it with expert precision, creating a finely judged balance that works on every level.
