Nan Reinhardt is a published best0selling American author.

She is known for writing romance stories that are often as sensual as they are sweet, all featuring confident women who are at their prime in life.

She is a mother, a wife, and a grandmother as well as a mother-in-law. Throughout the course of her life, she has worked as a bank teller, an antiques dealer, a stay at home mom, a secretary, and for over two decades as a freelance copy editor and proofreader. Today she is also a successful author.

When it comes to writing, Nan says that it is what she cares about most. She has always been writing in her life for as long as she can remember. She was just ten years old when she penned her first romance novel. It concerned a story of love between her older sister, who she considered the most sophisticated individual that she knew at the time, and a person who belonged to Herman’s Hermits.

Nan continues to write romance stories. This time, they are told from the point of a view of a wiser woman instead of a young girl who has nothing but stars in her eyes. She resides with her husband in the Midwest, where they split their time between a city house and a lake cottage.

She has written and had published over a dozen novels. These include the stand alone fictional novel Rule Number One as well as the fictional series of novels the Women of Willow Bay, the Four Irish Brothers Winery, the Lange Brothers, the Weaver Sisters, the Walker Family, and Walkers of River’s Edge.

Nan Reinhardt is an active member of many different groups, including the Indiana Romance Writers of America, Romance Writers of America, the Indy Publishing Freelancers Network, the Editorial Freelancers Edition, and the Freelancers Union.

Main character Carrie Halligan had to make a tough choice a long time ago, but she thinks that she made the right one.
