Laura Burton is a paranormal romance and general romance novelist that has a reputation for writing stories with limitless happy endings, a dash of suspense, mystery, and humor.

She has said that she decided to become an author since she hated seeing authors rehashing the same stories over and over. As such, she loves to let her characters take control and this usually results in all manner of turns and twists.

She published “Love Me, Crazy” her debut novel, and the first of the “Love Me” series of novels in 2018. Laura Burton now has more than thirty works to her name across several series and has also made contributions to series by other authors.
Over the years, she has been praised for penning addictive narratives with humor and a lot of originality. She currently makes her home in Wiltshire, England where she lives with her techy husband and their three rambunctious kids.
When she is not penning her novels she can usually be found binge-watching moves and TV shows on her couch.

Laura often connects with her readers through the Fairy Tales Reimagined, a group that she runs on Facebook. She also pens dark fantasy romances under the pseudonym Athena Rose.

Laura Burton was born in the small English town of Weston Super Mare but growing up, the family used to move around a lot. She would spend much of her teen years living in Bristol and she has come to consider the city her hometown.

As for writing, it is something that she started doing when she was just five years old. As soon as she realized that she could tell stories through books, she made the decision that she would have a career as an author. By the time she turned sixteen, she was the author of countless poems and stories and four long-form books.

She still remembers how she rushed through her GCSE Chemistry exams and spent much of the remaining time playing out different scenarios in the fan fiction “Harry Potter” she was then working on.

Immediately after graduating from high school, she met the man that would become her husband and by the time she was nineteen, they were married. It was getting married that derailed her ambitions for a while as it took several years before she made the decision to become a published writer.

Unlike many authors, Laura Burton does not have a specific inspiration for her first novel. All she remembers is that she was watering a palm tree and helping her father in the garden when the sun hit the water resulting in a beautiful rainbow. It was at that moment that the idea for her debut came to her in full.

It was as if someone had beamed or downloaded the idea for a blockbuster into her head. She hurried into her house to find a pen and paper and began writing the outline of her debut novel.

For her first novel, Laura intended to write during NaNoWriMo, the annual writing competition in which aspiring novelists commit to penning a 50,000 work of fiction by the end of November.

Her idea was to pen a Bristol-based romance but once she began writing, the characters took over and things turned out to be darker than she had initially intended. She ultimately produced a fast-paced and rather exciting romantic suspense work.
When she is not writing she loves playing “Fortnite” with her children, listening to the Backstreet Boys, watching TV films, and eating donuts, chocolate, and cake.

Laura Burton’s novel “Queen of Snow” is the story of Aria and Jack Smith.
Before she became known as The Snow Queen, she was on the run as a princess. Princess Aria is interested in doing one thing. The Mirror of Reason had been shattered a few decades back but she intends to collect the shards.

Laura Burton’s “Beastly Secrets” is the story of Nathaniel and Belle.

Nathaniel is very different from his wicked brother as he is known for his kindness and intelligence and he is everything Bella would ever want in a man. However, she cannot fall in love with him given that as soon as he gets his memory back he will leave and go to reclaim his kingdom.

Still, she badly needs the cure and it is only by helping him that she can get the cure.
