Kathleen Fuller is one of the bestselling authors from The United States, who specializes in writing novels based on the Amish and Christian romance. Besides this, she also likes to write books based on the historical fiction and contemporary romance genres. Author Fuller was born on September 11, 1967, in New Orleans, Louisiana, United States. She spent most of her time growing up in Little Rock, Arkansas. As of today, author Fuller lives in Geneva, Ohio, along with her husband named James Fuller and 3 beautiful children. While being a stay at home mother and looking after her three kids, author Fuller became very much attached to Christian fiction books. Eventually, she decided to give a try in writing her own book. And subsequently, she started writing her first book in the year 2000. A year later, author Fuller was able to publish her debut short story. By the year 2003, she successfully published her debut novella titled Encore Encore, and in the next year she managed to publish her first full length book, which released under the title of Santa Fe Sunrise and was published by the Avalon publication. After that, author Fuller did not stop and went on to write several more novels, short stories, novellas, as well as some freelance works of nonfiction.
A major break came in the writing career of author Fuller when the publishers at Thomas Nelson offered her a major contract. They gave her multiple opportunities for writing and participation in a series of novels based on the Amish romance genre. One of the novels written by author Fuller as per this contract was titled as A Man of His Word. It was published in the year 2009 and went on to become an ECPA and CBA bestselling novel. This was followed by the successful release of an anthology titled An Amish Christmas. This anthology also featured one of her novellas and later became a CBA, ECPA, and CBD bestseller. Altogether, she has written more than 30 books in her writing career so far. Many of her book series are in the form of trilogies. Author Fuller has mentioned in her interviews that she was very highly inspired from the successful works of authors like Liz Curtis Higgs, Bodie Theone, Francein Rivers, and Brock Theone. This inspiration enabled her to try and write her own romance books and gain the well earned success in life. Other than writing romance and contemporary novels, author Fuller has also worked for some time as an editor. Academically, she has graduated with a Masters degree in the subject of Special Education, which lays emphasis on the teaching of visually impaired and blind people. Author Fuller also has a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She has even worked as a teacher of all age groups from 4 to 18. A few of the other things that she likes very much are chocolates, good friends, autumn, humor, haunting melodies, interesting books, NFL Football, and her relationship with Christ.
One of the most successful novel series written by author Kathleen Fuller is known as the Middlefield Family series. This series consists of a total of 3 books, which were published between the years 2011 and 2013. The first book of this interesting series is titled as ‘Treasuring Emma’. It was released by the Thomas Nelson publishers in the year 2011. The main characters of this book are Emma and Adam, and author Fuller has described Emma as putting the others’ needs ahead of hers always. But, she always waits for the day when she will get treasured by others. At the beginning, it is depicted that Emma had her best friend and first love in the form of Adam. But, he left her and went away. He seemed more determined to experience a free life by living in the world of Englishmen and therefore, he left Emma heart broken. Emma could not believe that Adam chose the world instead of her. But, when he returns to Middlefield, she could not keep her away from the farm of her family. However, she looks determined to keep her heart guarded and not get disheartened. And for Adam, it appears that it is his love for Emma that brought him back to her or the guilt that he did not do the right thing by leaving her for the English world. Then, a newcomer arrives in Middlefield and begins to show interest in Emma. When Adam knows about it, he tries to tell Emma to remain cautious of his intentions. But, she dismisses his insistence all the time and she too feels attracted towards the newcomer. All the attention from the new man in her life feels very much new to Emma and she doesn’t quite know how to handle it. One thing that she knows surely is that she is treasured by her Heavenly Father. But, she cannot say the same for the newcomer in her life.
The second book to follow in the series was released under the title of ‘Faithful to Laura’. It was also published by the Thomas Nelson publishers in the year 2012. The central characters shown in this book are Laura Stutzman, Mark King, and Sawyer Thompson. In the opening sequence, author Fuller has shown that Laura Stutzman leaves her community in Kentucky and moves to Middlefield, Ohio, in search of a man named Mark King. Mark is the one who had promised to love her for his whole life, but left her instead. The only thing that Laura wants from him is an explanation as to why he left her and without that she cannot move on in her life. Sawyer Thompson is then introduced into the plot and is described as a Yankee who used to live in an Amish home during his teen years. After growing up, he is asked to take a decision about his life, that is either join the church or return to his previous life in the Amish community. When he learns about the story of Laura Stutzman, he understands her anger as he too had suffered loss at a very young age. However, unlike Laura, he seems willing to follow the will of God and forgive. And as the friendship of Laura and Sawyer begins to grow, Laura begins to show some changes in her behavior and also lowers down her guard. But, when a new information about the past life of Sawyer comes out, it tends to threaten the budding friendship of the two. Both of them realize in the end that they have to let go the anger that their hearts are storing and forgive all those who have caused harm to them. Now, it is up to Sawyer to try and remain faithful with Laura as she struggles to build her trust in God.

I was overjoyed to read your three books in the birch creek, the mail order bride book, also part of the Middlefield series with the mean Bishop Emmanuel. I hope in the future to see if the old
Bishop come back and repents
