KA Knight is a bestselling paranormal romance author that was born and bred in a small little town in England. For the longest time she has dreamed of characters that have the ability to love several people in crazy creative stories.
Unlike many authors, Knight did not grow up dreaming of becoming an author. Rather she was more interested in other things and when she was older she got into film and design. These two would become a passion and when she finally went to college, that is what she studied.
But it was not until she experienced a tragedy in the family that she started writing as a way of escape. Knight published “Aurora’s Coven,” the debut novel of the “Lost Coven” series of novels in 2014 and has never looked back since.
She now has more than thirty five novels in the Lost Coven, Forbidden Reads, Their Champion, Fallen Gods, DawnBreaker, Forsaken Her Freaks, Her Monsters, Wild Boys, and Their Champion Companion.
When KA Knight went to college, she decided to pursue a career in film and design even though she would still write from time to time. Since she published her debut and it went on to become a bestseller she now writes everyday.
While she never had any interest in becoming an author, storytelling which allowed her to escape to exciting and new lands was something she always loved. She started reading more and eventually decided to pursue a career as a fiction author.
When she is not writing she watches monster flicks or spends her time drinking coffee and reading a good book.
KA Knight’s “The Wasteland” is the story of Tazanna Worth, sometimes called Taz, “the Champion” or just “Worth.” She is a rugged and tough chick with a rough background which is what has made her into what she is today. She deems herself a survivor and what has happened to her has only made her stronger.
She had for a long time been a slave/pet of the Berserker leader but had managed to win her freedom. Her freedom did not come cheap as she had to fight to the death in the pit which was one of the most horrible experiences any human could go through.
Taz now makes her home in the rim and makes a living in the Wastes where she is a feared and respected bounty hunter. Given that she is low on cash, when four men come to her asking for a guide she takes them up on their offer.
Thorn, Maxen and twin brothers Jax and Drax are intrigued by the woman. It becomes something of instalove and they form an instant connection which results in an interesting even if dangerous adventure.
“The Summit” by KA Knight opens to looming war on the Wastes as the tyrant Ivar intends to control the land and all its people. He wants Taz back but control over the Wastes is more important for him.
Worth and Major have called for a Summit to review the treaty that the Berserker King intends to break. Their world is about to become even more dangerous and while Worth has never thought about politics before she may have to dabble in it now.
She is determined to remain free from the clutches of Ivar. Moreover she wants revenge, wants to protect her friends and believes she has found her soulmate.
Nan, Reeves, Major, Priest and Dray attend the Summit alongside several unexpected guests including a delegation from Paradise and a representative from the Berserkers. Tension and chaos reign but then the politics is disrupted by bloodshed.
There is no time for negotiation and mediation and they have to face up to their demons. Worth proves her ferocity even as she is incredibly strong, borderline crazy, twisted, loving, loyal in a world of the unexpected, gritty, ugly, harsh and heartbreaking.
KA Knight’s “The Cities” sees Tazanne Worth coming into her own as her leader. She has now shed all vestiges of being a slave as she protects her charges and takes charge. At the opening of the nove,l she kills 4 Berserkers that have refused to acknowledge her as Queen. She still keeps Ivar’s body as a trophy and rules what was once his.
After she handles things with the rebellious Berserker clan, she goes on campaign with her loyalists from the Seekers and a few Berserkers that had crossed over. Even though they had cleared much of the resistance, they still have to deal with explosions galore, ambushes and even cannibals.
