The Sisterhood of the Rose is the first book in the fiction genre to come out from author Jim Marrs. If you are looking for a book that takes its inspiration from history and remains fun at the same time, check out this book!

The setting is during the second world war, and it is rather late in the game. Adolf Hitler remains on the verge of achieving what could be his ultimate victory if it all goes according to plan. He has ambitions to track down and capture Solomon’s Treasure. It would be the ultimate feather in the dictator’s cap.

Solomon’s Treasure is known as the most sacred trove of treasure in the whole entire world. Think about having all of the greatest treasure in the world that if discovered would make you richer than you could have ever imagined. The trove has precious gems in addition to gold and it is rumored that there is also ancient knowledge to be found there.

This makes it all the more appealing and irresistible in nature. How could Hitler pass up something that has all of this wealth as well as hidden knowledge that no one else might have access to? It could give him an edge over everyone else living today, or at least in that era.

Hitler thinks that the discovery will end up being more than that. He truly thinks that all of this and finding the treasure will make his dream of a Reich that can last for a thousand years or more finally be able to come true.

It may be up to an unlikely candidate to get in the way of this happening in the end. Giselle Tchaikovsky is a young woman, an American that is well known. She first rose to the attention of the public as a ballet dancer and was remarkably talented for her age when she was a teen in the thirties.

Now she has matured some and could be the one thing to stand in the way between Hitler and his goal of total global domination. Giselle might be able to create a secret sisterhood, but whether they will be able to pull anything off still remains to be seen.

The goal is to create a sisterhood that can stand up against the huge monster that is the Nazi war machine. They have endless men as well as military might on their side. Things have been getting out of hand for too long, however, and the need for the sisterhood is clear. They want to bring back the feminine aspects of the human race and reclaim the power, hopefully in time enough to save the world from the manifestations of a clearly mad man.

The struggle for power has never been greater in this thrilling adventure book that feels as though it is ripped from history. Marrs has put together a combination of fiction and fact that are able to blend seamlessly together for an action story that is as compelling as it is fun.

Even though World War II has been raging for some time, Hitler has not yet achieved his goals. The quest to uncover secrets may be what makes the difference in the end. He is desperate to get his hands on the treasure trove and finally be able to see what valuables it contains for him.

A story of old mysteries, ancient secrets, bloody war, love, and the effort to balance out the very human soul, Marrs put together a splendid first fictional novel that followed on the heels of his best selling novel that concerned the fourth Reich.

As a result, you have an interesting as well as informed look into a period of time and history that takes its own creative novelties. The fact based research done by Marrs into the Nazis as well as their obsession and explorations into the occult as well as their documented searches to hunt down iconic treasures has informed his novel and made the basis of it extremely engaging to read.

If you are interested in the history of Germany, Hitler, the second world war, wars in general, or are just looking for something cool to read, this book is it! Marrs may only have penned one fiction story in his time, but this one is worth a read. If you like this book, be sure as well to check out one of the many nonfiction and well researched novels by this author about a variety of historical and paranormal and occult subjects along the way!
