The covenant series
The covenant series is a fiction story with supernaturalism. The story revolves around two different classes of people considered to have supernatural powers and others were Hematoi who were as a result of union between pure- bloods- have godlike powers and the mortals. Half-bloods used to leave under fear since they had only two options. The first one was either to volunteer and train to hunt the daimons or become slaves in pures home. The series revolves around a character known as Alex.
The daimon
This book brought the attention of the reader to Alexandria’s life and how she would never love. For three years she lived with mortals pretending to be like them. Later on she realizes that she could not take the duties of demi gods since they freaked her. Being a child of a mortal and a demigod; she could not fulfill the duties trained to her in covenant. To her mother that was good though in later development; fate rears her ugly head since she was a descendant. She tries to find her way back to covenant though she is being hunted by daimons and her mother is worried about her.
Half blood
Half-blood is a hotchpotch of currently popular characters. They range from supernatural romance, demigods, superpowers, sucking vampires and Daimon hunters. This book is just perfect since it would not be of value if supernatural romance would go without forbidden love between demigod and an offspring of a demigod and a mortal.
The Hematoi run down from the combination of gods and mortals. The children of two Hematois referred to as pure bloods; develops godlike powers. Alexandria who is our main character chooses to risk her life fighting and hunting the daimons rather than wasting her life scrubbing toilets in pure’s homes. Being a student in covenant is inbound to following several rules. One of them is that it is forbidden to get into a relationship with pures. Alex is in profound trouble after falling hard on a totally pure –blood known as Aiden. As it turns out; even falling for Aiden was not the biggest problem; the problem was to live long enough to graduate and become a sentinel. She was mercilessly punished by getting extra martial arts from Aiden who is a kind Hearted pure blood. If under any circumstance she was going to fail her duties; this would mean facing something bad than death or becoming a slave. It would mean conversion to a daimon. The worst thing is that the same Aiden whom she loved so much would turn to be her hunter
Pure (covenant)
The book shows the difficulty in Alexandria’s life since being destined to become some kind of supernatural electrical outlet is not exactly awesome. Everything is made harder by the presence of Seth who is her other half and keeps showing up everywhere she goes. Even her training room and bed room. However her connection to Seth has some benefits such as staving off her nightmares of the tragic showdown. Her supernatural connection with Seth has nothing to do with forbidden pure-blooded Aiden. When daimons infiltrate the Covenants and attack students’ gods would send furies who were determined to eliminate any threat to student and to god.
Deity (covenant)
Alexandria was not sure if she would make it to her eighteenth birthday. She realized that a long forgotten fanatical was out to kill her. As her birthday draws near; she is caught up between love and fate. One was willing to do anything to protect her though he knew that if the gods were to reveal themselves unleashing their wrath would change lives dramatically.
Elixir (covenant)
This book presents the team Aiden through. Aiden had to make the choice of putting Alex on the Elixir to temporarily break the connection between her and Seth.
Jenifer L. Armentrout had been carved into the cement polarizing some of her newly discovered abilities. At this point she posed no danger to no one even herself. Her blood boiled to the memory of what happened when she awakened. It was obvious that she would start by locating Seth who would lead her to Alex. This was the reason why Alex needed to be moved so first the she did not agree with how Apollo did it.
Sentinel (Covenant)
At last the mortal world went to chaos of godly kind. Alexandria had to overcome a stunning defeat that had left her shaken and doubted if they had any power to stop the war. She accompanied her happily ever Aiden st Delphi to trust a deadly foe and travel deep in to underworld to release the most dangerous gods of all time. Alex had to face one terrible choice of destroying everything and everyone she held dearly or herself would end
Jennifer L. Armentrout’s young adult novel Obsidian has been optioned by sierra pictures for motion pictures. In addition her covenant series has succeeded consideration by Herrick entertainment for television adaptation.

Please tell me there will be a third book in the Flesh and Fire series. That ending was lacking and felt like an empty climax. Definitely less; I need more.
Coming in October, according to Amazon 😉 Can’t wait!
Is that the last we’ll see of Luc and Evie? That’s the end? I’m so sad! One more book would have finished up all of those missing pieces for me! Let me know. I’ve loved every book so far!!! Thank you!
