Jacquelyn Faye is a published author of fiction.
Jacquelyn may be late to the writing game, but she’s always loved romance novels. She has also developed an addiction when it comes to the genre of reverse harem. Who hasn’t been there?
She was alone one night when she opened up her laptop and decided to give her own story a try. That is the time that the Lovin’ the Coven series came into being and officially gained life. She has plans for other series as well, but so far has introduced readers to her Lovin’ the Coven series and her Fox and the Hounds series. She has also written the 2019 novel Girlfriend and the 2020 book Succubus Soccer Mom, as well as the novella Elf on my Self and contributed to the collections Merry Elfin Christmas and Let’s Scrooge.
First Moon is the first novel in the Lovin’ the Coven series by Jacquelyn Faye. If you are a fan of supernatural romance stories then you have to check this book out!
Main character Dot goes to Cedar Falls, a place that she should have suspected the second that she saw that sign. She thought it was a bit too welcoming, but when the goddess herself is calling you someplace you cannot afford to get hung up on things like that.
Dot just didn’t anticipate that the new place she would be moving to would be so rustic. Or so obviously have come into bad times. Then again, she’s a witch, and so she’s used to such things. But things can also pick up pretty quickly when you’re a witch. Things get dangerous, and someone out there is taking out the local coven one by one.
That’s not a good thing for Dot, considering her witch status. But there are some silver linings to this whole situation. Like the fact that the chief of police is pretty smoking hot. The only problem with this guy in Dot’s eyes is that he thinks that she’s the killer. Um, Dot is the last person to be taking out other witches, thank you very much.
In fact, Dot is starting to notice that there are actually a lot of attractive men in Cedar Falls. Way more than she would have expected. She’s really into the chief, but she can’t be expected to stick to just one man when there are so many delicious options around.
Dot doesn’t have time to be distracted, though. She has to find the killer as well as open a bookstore and try to help this rundown town become what it always was meant to be. This adult novel features sexual situations and graphic language and is for readers who are over 18! Pick up a copy to find out what happens in this slow burn reverse harem romance where a lady gets all of the men for a change.
Second Blood is the second novel in the Lovin’ the Coven series by Jacquelyn Faye. If you loved all of the paranormal romance that the first book had to offer, why not check out this tantalizing sequel for yourself and keep the burn going?
Dot is back and she’s got all new coven adventures for readers to enjoy. When it comes to someone asking for help, it’s the surest thing to suddenly help turn your world completely upside down.
Dot hears a knock on the door and goes to answer it. But the last thing that she was expecting was a vampire to be at her doorstep. She likely should have asked him if he was before she invited him in, but it’s too late now.
Things seem like they’re working out with it, anyway. The vampire is not hungry and doesn’t want another meal, he needs help. His clan was in danger, being hunted down by rogue witches who only wanted their blood. When it comes to this threat, only other witches can save him.
Dot is immediately pulled in by the story and she wants to be the hero. She jumps right in immediately, with the rest of the clan wondering when she lost her mind to want to help vampires. This includes the chief of police, who is also one of Dot’s lovers.
The chief has a point, and Dot should have known that the antagonistic group of witches were only going to change targets from the vampires to the clan themselves. But it’s too late now as she’s taken on all of this and now has to deal with the consequences.
Dot knows what she has to do, and she’s going to do it. She’s going to save the clan, the coven, and the day all in one. She can attend couple’s therapy later if they all make it through this. There’s no guarantee after all that they’re going to all make it out of this alive.
Dot is hoping that she can pull this off and protect everyone. Will she find new love along the way, or will she find that she’s only put everyone that she loves in jeopardy? Read this reverse harem romance from Jacquelyn Faye to find out!
