Hope Holloway is a published American author. She is known for writing women’s fiction that is charming and heartwarming, with all types of friends and family members that are tough to forget. The stories also often present emotional challenges that the characters are able to overcome.

Hope worked in marketing and advertising following a long career. She had always dreamed of being a novelist and finally took the time to go after her dream. She launched her career writing women’s fiction with the Coconut Key series, which have the setting of Florida and all of its beautiful sun-drenched beaches.

She is a mother and is married to her husband and has been for over three decades. They share two grown children together and reside in where else but Florida. She is frequently writing but when she is not busy doing that she can usually be found taking a walk on the beach along with her two rescue dogs, who think that she should be putting animals into every book that she writes.

The only thing that Beck Foster wants is everything. She wants to get another chance at love, to have another chance at life, to have a beach house in the keys. But the one thing that she doesn’t want to do is head down tot he Florida Keys and go to a party for her aunt, who she’s estranged from.

The timing for this little event just could not be worse. Everything was starting to go wrong in her world and it all blew up permanently when her husband decided to tell her that he was leaving her. They had been married for 34 years and now this was what they were dealing with.

Everything has changed just in the course of a few weeks. Instead of living in a house that she shares with her partner, she has to sell it. She has to get a job, and on top of that, she has to find a way to put her life and her heart back together when they’re both broken and feel as they will never come together again.

Beck won’t be able to do any of that if she goes to see a woman that she’s barely familiar with anymore, or so she thinks. But then she reconsiders and decides she might be able to do it anyway even if she goes. Her adult daughter also wants a getaway and decides to go along with her.

Beck goes down to Coconut Key, a place that she had lived when she was far younger. Once she is there, she starts making a relationship with a woman that she had never understood previously that might end up changing both of their lives.

Beck also starts trying out a new romance and tries to start her life over again. The last thing that she anticipated was a secret that had been kept buried for nearly five decades to send everything falling down around them.

Just like that, Beck sees that all of her dreams are now in jeopardy. With so many lies that have come together to influence her life, can she start again in Coconut Key? Or will other things get in the way of her starting over again? Read this book to find out!
