His first book in The Bad Guy series is called The Bad Guys and was published in 2016. The book is intended for special use in schools and libraries as educational fiction. In this book, ‘the bad guys’ have the appearance of being bad guys, and they sound and even smell like their title of choice. But when the bad guy squad decides to change things up for their first ever mission for the point of good in the history of their group, what will become of them?
Their first mission is about to begin. The Bad Guys consists of four individuals that include Mr. Snake, Mr. Shark, Mr. Wolf, and Mr. Piranha. They are known for their bad work, but are setting out to do a few good deeds that will hopefully redeem them. It might even change their dynamics and reputation forever– but they’re okay with that. Their first good deed is to rescue a cat that needs help. On the way, the bad guys find out that they are actually surprisingly good at doing good! Who would have thought?
It is the idea of Mr. Wolf to do something huge. He comes up with a clever and devious plan for the first mission they are ever attempting to pull off that is for good instead of bad. Their goal is to break some dogs out of the dog pounds. Not just a few dogs, either, but 200 dogs out of the City Dog Pound, which is maximum security and very hard to break into.
Even though it may be difficult, the bad guys are determined to plan and carry out their mission. Mr. Wolf says that they can go through with Operation Dog Pound and rescue the dogs if they try. But what does this mean for the overall reputation of the group and what it stands for? Are they going to have to rename themselves The Good Guys? It’s all very confusing, but the team doesn’t have time to worry about any of that as they focus on rescuing the dogs and breaking those puppies out of the dog pound.
In the meantime, they have their own set of potential problems to deal with. For one, Mr. Snake can’t seem to stop swallowing his comrade Mr. Piranha. But can they put aside their issues to save the dogs? Pick up this book and find out!
The second book in this series is titled The Bad Guys in Mission Unpluckable. It was published in 2016. After having pursued their first ever good mission in the history of their work, the team comes up with another plan. This one is similar to their dog pound idea. Could the bad guys be turning good after all? It certainly seems so.
The guys come up with the idea to break out some chickens from their lives at a cage farm. They’re not talking a hundred or two chickens, either. This time the ambitious goal is to break out ten thousand chickens from the caged farm where they are kept, which is high tech and definitely going to be tough to break into and then break out a couple thousand birds.
The farm is not going to let these birds go easily. That’s because their entire industry and money depend on keeping these chickens in the cages. The caged chicken farm has sizzling lasers built into their infrastructure to protect against theft and provide greater security. There also happens to be one very intimidating and a particularly feisty tarantula there that is doing its best to protect all of the chickens from people who might want to steal them.
This hilarious book follows the antics of the gang as they come up with and plan out their big chicken heist. For a group that is known as the bad guys, they sure do seem to get a lot of good work done. Could this be the mission that doubles down on their goodness and finally ruins their reputation?
Check out this fun book for yourself and see whether the group can rescue those chickens or will be caught red-handed in the coop! You and your kids will be laughing at all of the silly humor and hijinks that these guys get up to. Great for reading in schools or just for fun!
