Rebecca Jenshak is an American published author.
She is a USA Today bestselling author of romance. She writes sports romance stories intended for teens and adults.
Rebecca loves writing, but when she isn’t busy with that she can be found spending time with friends, family, cheering on sports teams locally, or reading a good book.
She is a native of the Midwest who has since moved to the desert. Things that she likes extend to being in the great outdoors, by which she means drinking with people on patios, and singing, by which she means in the shower.
She loves to do all of this and more when she is not busy writing books about handsome guys and the girls who are in love with them. She has enjoyed books for as long as she can remember. Rebecca states that she always looked forward to book reports and reading assignments as well as going to the library and getting hand me down copies of books from her cousins and older sister.
Her love of reading continued and in college Rebecca decided to major in English. She also studied literature and technical writing. She loved Judy Blume and wanted to be the next version of the author and had an interest in writing stories for middle school students or young adults.
It was 2011 when she first began attempting writing a book. She went through a few different genres before she finally found one that she liked the best, which was romance. She picked it up and put it down for a few years, but in 2016 the author finally was triumphant and finished her book.
From there, she finished another, and then some more. She could not and did not want to stop! She enjoys sports and romance and books, so Jenshak says that being able to put all of those things together has been like a dream come true.
Rebecca Jenshak is the creator and the author of the Campus Wallflowers series of fictional novels. These sports romance books feature stories between different characters and can be read in order or as stand alone stories. The series started off with Tutoring the Player, continued with the sequel Hating the Player, stayed strong with the release of the third book Scoring the Player and continued to bring the heat with the fourth novel, Tempting the Player.
Tutoring the Player is the first book in the Campus Wallflowers series by Rebecca Jenshak. If you love a good sports romance story, this is the book for you!
Daisy has always thought that she had a type. She thought that she was into the good guy, the one who’s safe, the one who is stable and responsible. Imagine how her world gets turned upside down when one of the bad boys comes her way and she discovers that maybe her type isn’t so set in stone after all.
Can opposites attract? A hockey player on campus has asked her if she wants to tutor him, and she has said yes. He drinks beers, he’s surprisingly witty, and he has tons of ink on him. He’s the exact opposite of everything that she’s into. So why is she feeling so attracted to Jordan?
As Daisy says yes, she finds herself in a world of bad decisions as well as bad boys. Unfortunately, Jordan also seems to take his partying as seriously as his hockey. He’s known for being a player and getting all of the girls. So why is it that she gets butterflies in her stomach when she’s around him?
Can this campus wallflower bloom into a rose with the help of Jordan? Or is she about to find out that when it comes to tutoring the hottest player on campus, Valley University’s star athlete is about to show her a thing or two? Read this romance to find out!
Hating the Player is the second book in the Campus Wallflowers series by Rebecca Jenshak. Sports and opposites attract come together in a stunning collision of love and athleticism. It’s hard to be a campus wallflower, but it doesn’t mean that these girls will forever be out of the spotlight.
Violet is the main character in this romance. She’s eaten up by her feelings about a guy named Gavin Leonard, who she happens to think is the worst.
He has everything and he doesn’t even deserve it. He lives off campus at the best party house, where there are always tons of jocks. Violet lives next door to the house, where she lives a completely different lifestyle. While they’re chugging beers and chanting, she’s watching adaptations of Jane Austen and drawing in her sketchbook.
They’re two totally different worlds, but Violet’s okay with that. As long as he sticks to his side of the fence, she’ll stay over on hers. The two are on a camping trip together, but when there is only one tent, will they end up sharing? And will that lead to something more? Read the second installment of the Campus Wallflowers series by Rebecca Jenshak to find out!
