It is an elitist, beautiful, and filled to the brim with other demons Lilith’s own age. Each of them are stuck waiting there for the ten seconds of agony, that is called the Showing, which is going to sort them into one of the seven castes. They are all praying that they are not one of the unlucky few that is destined to be one of the powerless Unshown.

However once Lilith’s Showing occurs, the crystal which appears on her body marks her as a degenerate Lust demon. The icing on the cake? She grows horns.

Demons do not grow horns. That is just supposed to be a myth. However Lilith has, and in doing so she has caught the eye of a few powerful people that want her dead. Fortunately for her, she has also got the Strange God’s attention, he being the demonic deity, and he has decided to appoint seven men to protect her.

If she can even find them first.

The novel is incredibly well written and enjoyable. The world’s background is seamlessly explained as were the characters. Lilith is brave and strong yet not arrogant and it’s great that she must find this harem, they aren’t just handed right to her.

“Traitor Witch” is the first novel in the “Deadwood” series and was released in 2020. Her name is Nilsa and she is the Shadow of the Moon. A lunar witch, a divine assassin. And they will tell you that she is a traitor.

Framed for the murder of her own high priestess and without anywhere else to go, she is forced to seek refuge among the pirates. This mismatched crew of immortal males believes she’s a solar witch; just a goody-two-shoes, harmless celibate priestess of life.
