By: Renée Jaggér, Michael Anderle

Renee Jagger is an American published author.

She was born in the city of Los Angeles, the place that she spent many of her years growing up. When she became an adult, she moved around different places before she finally found herself in Oregon in a small town. She says that it is similar to Bailey’s hometown of Greenhearth, which is fake but shares a lot in common with small towns that have less than a thousand people.

Renee loves pets and animals. She says that she really loves the two that she has and takes care of, even if they do their best to introduce a fair amount of chaos into her life every day. She has her cat Storm whose full name is Snowstorm. Then she has Josephine, her rescue, who is a Labradoodle.

Drafted is the first book in the Para-Military Recruiter series of fictional novels. If you have been looking for a book that is a unique science fiction and fantasy paranormal tale, then you are in the right place! Read on to get a brief summary of what this book is about.

Main character Julie Meadows has gotten an e-mail that has alerted her to some important news. She didn’t expect that the written digital message would let her know that she has been drafted into the Official Para-Military Agency.

She’s been having bad luck, but maybe this is a chance that things will all turn around. She doesn’t have much of a choice except to take it. As it turns out, ‘para’ stands for paranormal. Her partner is a prince, an Aether Elf. Her boss is some type of were thing, and there are actual trolls in the IT department.

Julie would love to get a job that is regular, and to finally lock down the financial security that has always been missing. She doesn’t realize that she is about to be pulled into a world that has every legend and myth that she has ever read about. She is partnered with Taylor and together they must track down new recruits to bring to work for the Agency.

The only drawback with all of this is the fact that Julie is a human being, and failing to get a recruit will cost her her life. She’s looking to get Taylor’s help as well as a mystical artifact to try and keep herself from going through a terrible mind-wipe.

The good news is that doing well here will secure her a reward. She will have gotten a place working at the Official Para-Military Agency for good and things will all be swell. Financial stability and reliability will be hers. Or she could fail, which means that everything will change and everything that she knows will go away for good.

With things on the line like that, Julie knows that she has to do well. The stakes are too high not to succeed. Will she be able to triumph, or will she only know the bitter taste of defeat? Read this book, the first in the series, to find out!

Recruiter is the second book in the Para-Military Recruiter series of novels by Renee Jagger. If you liked the first book in the series, read this sequel to find out what you are missing!

Main character Julie is working for the OPMA as a recruitment agent now. On top of that, the Big Apple is experiencing some type of problem with a Bigfoot.

Julie and Taylor are still partners and now they’re on the mission to find their next recruit. They’re going to show that humans do have the stuff that it takes to try and get along in the world of the paranormal.

The assignment that they get will take them to the Midwest as well as other places. But thanks to a friendship that Julie is developing with a man named Malcolm Nox, she quickly finds herself a part of all of the vampire drama.

She could see having a fiance that is jealous being one thing, but having fangs on top of that? That’s a lot! Julie wants nothing more than to find and score a high value recruit. The only trouble is that there’s just a small hitch with this approach.

The centaur that they’ve made moves to visit does not want to leave his ranch. Taylor and Julie are doubtful whether they’re going to be able to win in this scenario and help Cironius while doing so, but they are going to attempt their very level best.

If they do well, Captain Kaplan will finally be away from them. They need for him to be in a good mood, especially if he ends up discovering that they have done the opposite of his request of keeping out of the Yeti problem.

Taylor and Julie may have done a little much this time. Can they get out of it, or are they about to find that this is just something that they have to deal with? Read the second book in this series from Renee Jagger to find out!
