Ivory Fields is an accomplished published author. She’s written several books and series already through the course of her prolific career and keeps going! If you are looking for a good vacation read or just something new to enjoy, and you love a series that has lots of books to dig into, then definitely give this author and her work a try.

Ivory likes writing stories that make the reader feel good and loves to write stories of romance and love. Her stories are not as steamy as some of those that are out there, mostly sticking to the wholesome and clean side of things and including some gorgeous scenery as well.

When the author is not preoccupied with writing, she can be found drinking a cup of coffee or going for a walk somewhere along the beach. It can be nice to take a relaxing stroll around some of the same scenery that she includes in her stories!

Ivory Fields is the author of the Nantucket Nights series, which first got started with the publication of the first book A Fall to Remember. A Fall to Remember is the first novel in the Nantucket Nights series of fictional novels by Ivory Fields. This book first came out in 2022.

Main character Jill has always been a hopeless romantic, loving anything that has to do with love. Her great-aunt was the same way. Even though they are a generation apart from each other, they both are romantics and have always looked for true love in their lives. Now Jill is wondering whether she will be able to track down the same love that her great-aunt Bitsy was always looking for and never found.

Jill also did not predict that when her great-aunt Bitsy passed away, she would receive the benefit of her beach retreat. Located on the island of Nantucket, the beautiful house is a gem with amazing scenery all around. Maybe it was the reason that they both were romantics that her great-aunt chose her to give the house to. Maybe this is the chance that Jill needs to jump-start her love life and honor her great-aunt’s memory. At the very least, Jill wonders what the harm would be in taking a look at what she has inherited.

Jill decides to go to Breeze Bluff, the small island town, along with some of her closest friends for an autumn trip. While she is there, Jill starts to fall for all of the charms of the island. It’s so nice being there that she quickly starts to think of giving up on her former life and moving here to start over again. It would be great to finally have the chance to do something new and break out of her old ways.

Jill decides that she is going to move here and isn’t going to change her mind. Bitsy’s ex-husband and his grandson Brad cannot even talk her out of it. She moves and starts to get Aunt Bitsy’s house ready to celebrate autumn, with the annual Apple Festival coming up.

Immediately, lots of mysteries and adventures start to come Jill’s way. Brad also seems to be interested in talking to her and she starts to find him witty and charming. It’s starting to seem more and more that Breeze Bluff is the perfect place for her to settle down and make her own life.

It would be the ideal way to pay tribute to her great-aunt Bitsy and her belief in love to fall for someone and bring her love story to life. Jill wants nothing more than to get out there and get thing started, but it appears that she may already be in the midst of a budding romance. A Fall to Remember 2 is the second novel in the Nantucket Nights series by Ivory Fields. This story continues all of the adventures with Jill as she has new experiences and starts to build a new life for herself.

Jill and Brad recently went sailing, and things go terribly awry as they get into an accident when a bunch of water decides that it’s a good time to totally take out Jill’s sailboat. The two are recovering and Jill is considering hosting the Apple Festival as a way to test out whether the community would benefit from an inn.

Jill gets the help of her friends and other members of the local community to provide activities and participate in food service. It’s shaping up to be a good festival and Jill is excited that events for the Apple Festival and moving forward so well.

The couple have some time together after the festival concludes, and Jill thinks that it is their last night together before Brad goes back home. Their relationship seems better than ever, but Brad has a plan that might just end up being a huge surprise for Jill.

What will the surprise end up being and will it be one that Jill really likes or one that she does not care for at all? It’s anyone’s guess, but will it further cement the fact that Jill wants to be in this relationship and see it grow or will it end up confirming that she needs to look to continue her love story somewhere else?
