Bella Osborne is a general fiction and romance novelist from Warwickshire where she lives with her husband, one kid, and their cat.
She has been writing stories for years but it was in 2013 that she first completed her first full-length manuscript.
Bella joined the new writer’s scheme at the Romantic Novelist’s Association and after she met her editor at the RNA conference, she got HarperCollins interested enough that they signed her up.
It was in 2015 that she published her debut novel and she has since published four bestsellers and had two of her works on the shortlist for the RNA Contemporary Romance Novel of the Year.
Over the years, Bella Osborne has come to be known for writing thrilling stories about love, friendship, and coping with what life throws at you.
She has often said that she likes to weave humor into the dark moments of life, which often provides inspiration for her novels. For the most part, her novels come in four serialized releases before she finally publishes the complete book.
She currently makes her home in The Midlands in the United Kingdom.
Osborne wrote her first full story when he was just nine and given how good it was, his teacher typed it out and pinned it on the classroom wall.
Since that time, she has never stopped and continued to write throughout secondary school and used to fill her exercise books with stories. The good thing was that she used to have dedicated teachers who were always willing to mark her stories.
It never occurred to her to stop writing when she graduated from school and hence it continued to be something that she did as a hobby even if she did not think she would one day become a published author.
At work, she would finally get the shot in the arm she needed to get back to writing. At some point, a life coach joined the team she was in at work and since he was getting some very good results, Osborne asked for some coaching tips.
It was at the session that it hit her that she loved writing but never found the time to do it ever since she became a mother.
The coach challenged her to start writing once again and it was soon after that she became a member of the local chapter of the Romantic Novelists’ Association.
When Bella Osborne is not writing her novels, she loves to write and eat biscuits, and when not doing that she can be found cooking with her daughter.
Both she and her daughter are foodies and whenever they have time, they will be spending time together creating something to enjoy together afterwards. She also loves to curl up and read on the sofa with her family watching a movie.
Bella is also a rehabilitator of hedgehogs, which means she often has hedgehogs in all stages of development which she then rehabilitates and releases back to the wild.
Bella Osborne’s “Sunshine and Secrets” is a work that tells the story of Beth who desperately needs to get away from London and get a fresh new start.
Together with Leo her son, she moves to a small village in Cotswold where she just bought a house. Willow Cottage is a romantic-looking house from the pictures they have seen, but they find it to be a lot more dilapidated when they arrive.
Jack her neighbor is an expert at house renovation and he assists her in bringing the house back to a livable condition. But she is not used to small village life and it is not a few times that she doubts her decision to move to Cotswold.
On the other hand is Carly, a woman from London who is unhappy with her boyfriend. Her boyfriend is deaf while she works as a sign language translator. He spends most of his days in pajamas since he does not hold a regular nine-to-five job.
At the beginning of the relationship, she had been content but had over time become very discontented. She had been hoping she would make a romantic gesture soon and get very frustrated with her boyfriend.
In “Christmas Cheer” by Bella Osborne, we are back at Willow Cottage, which has now been made more habitable. Nonetheless, Beth still has a lot of work that needs to be done, even if the project does not seem as daunting as it first did.
With the help of Jack her kind neighbor, Beth can usually do a lot of renovation. But she fears that her past will come to catch up with her even if she now has more breathing space.
Meanwhile, Leo her son has found a new best friend and likes his school a lot just like Beth who has also been making some valuable contacts. Will things start going well for them going forward?
On the other hand, Carly and Fergus her boyfriend are having some problems. Carly was hoping Fergus would propose but they are having even more problems, particularly with communication.
When Fergus is called back home to Ireland, the two finally get the time they need to think long and hard about their relationship. They will need to decide if their relationship is worth saving.
The good thing is that Carly can go find refuge at Willow Cottage when things heat up even if it is not a permanent place. Will they ever be able to patch things up with Fergus her boyfriend?
Bella Osborne’s “A Spring Affair” opens with Jack and Beth coming to an understanding not to speak to each other. But now Beth is at a loss at how she is going to complete the renovation cottage on Willow Cottage without his help.
She is able to do a lot of things on her own but sometimes she needs to get help from someone who knows more. She is missing the times when she used to watch Jack’s dog but cannot risk going back to him.
While she is working through her differences with Jack, her ex has been trying to track her down. Will she and Leo her son be safe in the small village or will they have to move out of Willow Cottage?
Meanwhile, Fergus and Carly are trying to resolve their relationship problems. Carly has over time found out a lot about her boyfriend that she never knew before.
She is trying to avoid being too focused on Fergus’s refusal to propose and so far she has been doing well. But she cannot help but occasionally wonder if Fergus is too comfortable with how things are or if he will eventually come around and marry her.
Will she be contented with what he might offer or will she give up altogether?
