Lola Glass
Lola Glass is a book lover with just a “slight” romance obsession. She writes a lot, reads a lot, and has this unhealthy relationship with candy.
Lola’s novels are always about new adult female/male characters, and she loves putting twists on common romance tropes. She writes everything from romantsy stand alones to werewolf romance trilogies. And there is always a happily ever after.
Her favorite part about being an author is watching the characters grow, and hearing that other people are laughing along at the stupid jokes that she made herself laugh with as she was writing.
“Running from the Wolves” is the first novel in the “Wolfsbane” series and was released in 2020. Never run away from an Alpha. Being the only werewolf immune to the curse that forces Henley’s kind to shift every single night, Henley is a bit of a hot commodity, and not in a good way. She went to New York thinking it’d be the safest place for her to hide. That was the wrong decision.
The city is home to one of the biggest packs in the entire world. And its leader? Strong, sexy, tall, and determined that Henley is his. As her scent begins driving unmated men insane, that giant and possessive beast that will not leave Henley alone is the only one able to protect her. Either way, she is totally screwed.
“Running Beside the Alpha” is the second novel in the “Wolfsbane” series and was released in 2020. Never run away from a werewolf. Henley’s life has taught her to expect the unexpected. A serial killer rampaging through the New York Pack? Sure, why not. However a serial killer that smells like her? That is a heck of a lot more than just unexpected.
With the Alphas of All poking around and her own Alpha on this rampage to figure out who the killer is, it becomes a race to see who can find out the truth first.
Henley will find this killer, or the Alphas will find her. But either way, it is time she faces the facts. There is a lot more to being “Wolfsbane” than suppressing her pack’s shifting. And Henley’s pretty sure it all starts with her freakishly red hair.
“A Seer Among Shifters” is the first novel in the “Supernatural Underworld” series and was released in 2021. Indie can save him, if she becomes his. When she finally gets to the magical world she’s been waiting her whole life to find, she finds so much more danger and darkness than she was expecting. She lies her way into the land of the shifters in the hopes of saving herself, however once they learn the truth, she only has the one option: Save the king in order to stay alive.
In order to save his life, Indie needs to find his soulmate, however it is beginning to feel as though he does not have one. So she can die with the king, or she can become his mate.
“Wolf Tamer” is the first novel in the “Rejected Mate Refuge” series and was released in 2021. Cara’s meeting her fated mate was magical. But then he rejected her, threw her into the trunk of his car, and sold her off into a backwater fight club filled with rabid werewolves. Her family and pack don’t have any idea that she is in danger and her inner wolf is still crying over the guy that rejected her, so she’s on her own at this point. At least, she thinks so, until she realizes that she has the ability to tame rabid shifters.
However Cara’s got no clue how to even use it, until she accidentally winds up with a dozen crazed wolves protecting her like she is their favorite chew toy. The only other sane trapped werewolf is this infuriating yet sexy jerk that calls himself Knockout. He may be her ticket out of the fight club, however she doesn’t know if she can even trust him.
Even if she can, those dozen werewolves that think she is their to protect? They are not letting her go. She has to find a way out before she can get too attached to the rabid wolves all around her. Particularly Knockout. Or the gift that is keeping her alive just may become her undoing.
“Forced to be Queen” is the first novel in the “Sacrificed to the Fae King” series and was released in 2021. Save the world by marrying the king. When the fae came, their magic brought destruction which only ended when they offered them the only thing that the fae wanted: wives for their kings. Noa was selected “at random”. Sacrificed to the fae.
However the infuriating and sexy king that she is paired with does not want her body or her soul; instead, he wants her help. Thanks to some prophecy, he and his people believe she is able to get them all back home. Returning them to their home is going to require taking some of the king’s magic, which is rather unstable on the best of days and catastrophic on the worst. As the power takes more and more effort to control than Noa would’ve guessed, and she is forced to turn to Auden, her husband, for help.
However the fae never give anything away for free, particularly knowledge. It was just supposed to be simple: marry the king and save the world. However they’re married now, and his power’s becoming hers, their marriage may just wind up destroying the whole world, and she may be the one that destroys it.
“Bound to be Human” is the second novel in the “Sacrificed to the Fae King” series and was released in 2022. When Noa accidentally gave Auden all his magic back, she ‘might’ have set herself up on this path leading toward total disaster. After all, nonmagical things cannot survive in Avalon. And a faery without any magic is pretty much only a human girl with far too much hair, circling Avalon’s drain.
In order to stay alive, she will have to change even more than she already has, assuming that’s even possible. If it isn’t, she’ll have to high-tail it on back to Earth. After rescuing Elyn and Hannah, obviously.
Because all of those ex-average-human chicks must stick together. Sounds easy: become a faery, stay alive. Nothing in Avalon is as simple as it appears, including Noa.
