“The Trip of a Lifetim e” is the first novel in the “Caribbean” series and was released in 2021. Four former best friends get reunited at their 25th high school reunion. Little did they know that this reunion would rekindle their friendship and then lead them to an adventure of a lifetime.

Lauren, Monica, Andrea, and Rita promised one another that they’d always remain close however life happened which lead them to all go their own separate ways and lose touch. More than two decades later, and the four decide it’s time to dust their high school yearbook off and take a blissful trip down memory lane. While flipping through the pages, they’re reminded of their senior class trip which got canceled because of a fellow classmate’s sudden death. They find an old promise they made to one another to take a trip together someday.

The reunion wraps up and the four buddies head on back to their cold-weather states. Little did these ladies know that the whirlwind the next year would bring. Monica’s had enough. She picks her phone up and calls her friends. She tells them she thinks they should finally make good on the promise they made and have themselves the trip of a lifetime. No more waiting around, no more putting it off. No more excuses. Life’s too short.

This is a feelgood series of a group of buddies that renew their friendship and rekindle their own passion for life. They go on a once in a lifetime trip to the Caribbean.

The book hooks you right from the start with the great relationship that Harvey and Rita have. The book was full of drama, wonderful characters, and quite a bit of intrigue.

“Stargaze Island” is the first novel in the “South Carolina Skies” series and was released in 2021. Jennifer Wilson moves back home to a tiny historic beach town, Pawley Island, South Carolina.

A broken engagement and a death in the family are a reality check for Jennifer. Once upon a time she promised herself that she would never ever leave this charming little town, however a relationship took her to the big city and life got away from her. She has returned and it is time for life to slow down a bit. Or so she thinks.

Jennifer’s world gets turned upside down when a new love interest, in the form of Peter, turns up at her beachside cafe. Jennifer knows that she’s not ready for love, however Peter is quite the charmer and a date seems harmless. Little did she know that this date would change her both for the better and for the worse.

Peter plans out a date to Stargaze Island, this small island just off the coast, a tiny island off of the coast which holds the best stargazing in all of North America. The sun sets and the two are off, and ready for a romantic evening together. Peter and Jennifer get to the island and the blanket has barely hit the ground before something doesn’t feel quite right on the island. What they find is going to lead them on this unforgettable journey. It’s a journey of friendship, love, adventure, and second chances at life.

This is a touching feel good beach read that’ll keep you on the edge of your seat and fill up your heart with love and warmth.

Readers found this to be an engaging story about a daughter’s love for her mom, blossoming love, and small town life. These are some fantastic characters with interesting dialogue and some good interaction. Coral tells an interesting and enchanting tale with some twists and a second chance romance. Fans didn’t want to leave the island by the end of the novel and makes you feel like you’re a part of the family by the end.

“Cottage in the Keys” is the first novel in the “Salty Dog” series and was released in 2022. Evelyn Carpenter never had an easy life. After Pete, her husband, left her when the children were young, her life’s mission became to provide for her four kid, and has spent much of her adult life working two jobs.
