Witch Wars
Tiga Whicabim is nine years old, living with Miss Hek, who constantly calls her brat and serves her cheese water instead for tea. She spends a lot of time in the garden shed alone until one day she crosses paths with Fran, a fabulous fairy who tells her that she is a witch.

She had no idea that all this time she has always been a witch until the meeting on the shed. Fran explains how her name stands for ‘I AM A BIG WITCH.’ Of course, Tiga doesn’t believe it and tells her that she can’t be a witch and doesn’t desire to be one. Fran advised her to go down the plughole where the pipes lead to Sinkville, where all witches stay.

While there, she finds out that witches’ hats are pointy because of the journey through the pipes to the human world. She also learns that witches like jam, and she’s among the nine girls chosen to fight in the Witch Wars in Ritzy City.

She is forced to compete in the Witch Wars, which earlier used to involve killing but has now become a televised scavenger hunt with the high prize being Top Witch and becoming the ruler of Ritzy City and is identified as the Top witch.

However, the stakes are too high for Tiga, and if she loses, she’ll be forced to go back to her lonely life in the shed with an unkind caretaker who isn’t kind to her. She doesn’t even know any witch spell, and now she has to work hard to outdo mean witch girls Aggie Hoof and Felicity Bat.
