Author Lou Cameron is one of the writers and creators ofthe “Longarm” series of western novels, which were published under the house name of Tabor Evans. The series began publication in the year 1978, when “Longarm” was released. Books were released one a month up into 2015, with the last being released in March of 2015, and was the 436th in the series.

The series has been one of the most popular out of all the “adult Westerns” and commands an impressive part of the popular Western marketplace. Since they are adult Westerns, they have more explicit sex and more violence.

It’s also one of the longest running, with over four hundred installments, 52 of which were written by Lou himself, who also helped create the character. There are also twenty-nine giant editions, which are longer stories with the character.

Other authors such as Frank Roderus, Will C. Knott, Chet Cunningham, James Reasoner, Melvin Marshall, Harry Whittington, J. Lee Butts, Jeffrey M. Wallman, Peter Brandvold, and Gary McCarthy.

The books feature Curtis Long, nicknamed Longarm and a U. S. Deputy Marshal that was based in Denver, Colorado during the 1880s.

In the year 1988, a movie called “Longarm” was released on television, which was loosely based on the novels. Originally, the movie was to serve as the pilot of a television series, however it wasn’t picked up.

“Longarm” is the first novel in the “Longarm” series and was released in the year 1978. Longarm’s got a new mission. “Longarm and the Arapaho Hellcats” is a novel in the “Longarm” series and was released in the year 2013. Longarm gives a whole bunch of kidnapping killers a taste of some hot lead.

After saving Lucy Potter, a soiled dove, from her two attackers, Longarm takes pity on the young lady. He gets her cleaned up, buys her a new dress, and takes her out for a nice steak dinner. Lucy has a good heart, and Longarm hopes that his kindness may encourage the jaded prostitute to find a new line of work.

Before she is able to start her new life, she is killed by the same guys that assaulted her. Longarm, who is blinded by his rage, is no longer able to see the difference between revenge and justice. He hands in his badge and heads off to catch the killers. While trailing them to Rock Springs, he learns that the killing was premeditated. And greed was their motive.

“Longarm and the Model Prisoner” is the last novel in the “Longarm” series and was released in the year 2015. Longarm owes his own life to a guy in handcuffs.

Brian Henry, a mild-mannered postal thief, isn’t about to give Deputy U.S. Marshal Curtis Long any trouble on the ride back to Denver for his trial. After Brian was double-crossed by that tantalizing temptress that took his money, he is good and licked.

In fact, once Longarm gets pistol-whipped by some highwaymen, it is his polite captive that comes to help him out and doesn’t attempt to escape while the lawman rides to rescue the beautiful woman that the desperadoes kidnapped. When the gun smoke clears, is this going to be Longarm’s final showdown?
